Together with our partners at Corazón de Vida Foundation, we’ll bring medical and dental care, vision screening, reading glasses, and health education to children and families at San Juan Bosco School and nearby communities.

Who Can Join

We’re looking for volunteers with a heart to serve — including:

  • Doctors, nurses, ophthalmologists & other health professionals
  • Educators, therapists, and allied health staff
  • Volunteers without medical credentials (just bring a willingness to help!)
  • First-time mission volunteers or those exploring longer-term service

This is a perfect entry-level mission trip for those ready to make a global impact in just one weekend.

Details & Information

Location: Eastern Tijuana, Mexico

Cost: $375 per person

What’s Included

  • Lodging (on US side), meals & ground transportation during the trip

Trip Details & Deadlines

  • Deposit: $250 and accepted application due by December 31, 2025
  • Application Fee: $50 (non-refundable for first-time participants)
  • Final Payment Due: January 20, 2026

 If you cancel your registration, any unused funds may be applied toward another Project Compassion outreach within 12 months. After that period, contributions become a general donation.

I agree to conduct myself in compliance with Project Compassion principles and team policies at all time while among the team members, with the hosts and with those whom we serve. I understand that failure to do so may result in my return to the United States on the next available flight.

In consideration for being accepted by Project Compassion, Inc. for participation in an event, I do hereby release, forever discharge and agree to hold harmless Project Compassion and the Directors thereof from any and all liability, claims or demands for personal injury, sickness or death, as well as property damage and expenses of any nature whatsoever which may be incurred by the undersigned and the participant that occur while said person is participating in the above described trip or activity including work activities and recreation.

In the event of the neccessity of such care or treatment as heretofore described, the undersigned agrees to hold harmless and indemnify said organization, its directors, employees and agents from any acts of malfeasance and or failure to act on the part of those chosen to administer care on behalf of the participant. The undersigned furthermore attests and verifies that he or she is physically fit and has no medical condition(s) that would prevent him or her from performing the volunteer services for which he or she is applying.

We are a CEU Provider through the California Board of Registered Nurses

Project Compassion offers continuing education for our medical professional team members. When you sign up for one of our Missions please let us know if you are interested in 15 credit hours of continuing education. The education you will receive from our Director of Education will be related to the country we serve. After you successfully pass a test you will be provided confirmation of 15 credit hours of continuing education.
